The improved design is flexible enough to make installation a breeze, and is reinforced with steel wire to stand up to the same abuse as It's aluminum counterpart. We have also increased the inner diameter of the cold-side pipe, equating to a 31-percent increase in internal volume and a 46-percent increase in flow over the stock piping. Our cold-side piping is available in black and its full potential is unlocked when combined with our hot-side kit. Since the hot-side has more distance to travel, we incorporated a specially designed aluminum mid-section and united it with a pair of dependable silicone couplers, all to make sure your Mk.III RS keeps every precious PSI of boost contained in the system. On top of increasing the diameter to 2.5 inches, our hot-side piping is designed specifically to direct airflow to the front PTU cooler that would be blocked by a traditional piping design. Our air diverting hot-side pipe includes wire-reinforced, 5-ply silicone couplers to ensure a secure connection to the turbo and intercooler.
